5th January Big come back to seminary! It was beautiful day for our community, because our brothers came back to seminary after Christmas break. On the evening we took part in the holy mass in seminary chapel and after celebration we met in rest room and we were sharing our associations from Christmas time. 6th January The epiphany of the Lord On this solemnity day we took holy mass with a sermon by Fr Zdzisław Płuska. During the liturgy we remembered about big event before two thousand years when little Jesus was epiphany whole the world. After evening prayer we took part in traditionally home blessing. 10th January Monthly renewal day in seminary We took part in renewal day and listened to conferences about daily seminary life. Our preacher was Fr Krzysztof Pelc SCMA. He is a seminary educator and he knows very good seminary life. On the evening visited us fire brigade band from Stadniki. They sang Christmas carols and gave us a little crib’s show. 17th January Winter’s exams The winter’s exams were started today! For us begun difficult time but very important for our progress philosophy and theology science. We hope that Holy Spirit will be closer us than whenever has been! 18th January The week’s prayers about Christian unity During the Sunday mass our community began prayers about Christian unity. The whole Church connect on this week in bagged God about unit renew all of us whose believe in Jesus Christ. 19th January Name day Fr Mariusz Tomaka SCJ It was very important day for our seminary community and also for parish community. On this day parish priest – Fr Mariusz Tomaka – had his own feast. In the morning we took solemnity mass with a sermon by Fr Tomaka and prayed with him about God blessing in his priest’s life. 28th January Saint Thomas Aquinas Philosophy day It is an old seminary custom, that on this day our student’s community meets together on the special Thomas Aquinas’ meeting. Our brothers from philosophy level prepared for us fantastic show about daily philosophers’ life. We give big thanks for them for funny evening. 31st January The winter’s session was finished It is truth! Winter’s exams are finished. SCJ’s students from Stadniki celebrated today last exams and on the evening we met around fire place and took nice rest time. We have to waiting for semester brake because on this year our journey to polish mountain will be later. We are looking forward this time. <<<< >>>>
